In this classification of
aircraft wings we will
classify them on the
basis of wings' structural
strength.

Types:

#1. Cantilever
Wings
Cantilever wings obtain
all its structural
strength from inside the wing
structure and requires
no external bracing.

#2. Semicantilever
Wings
Semicantilever wings
obtain its strength from its
internal wing design and from
external support
and bracing from struts and wires.
