Medical supplies staff ready oxygen tanks for delivery in Sta. Cruz, Manila, on April 8, 2021. Health Undersecretary Ma. Rosario Vergeire recently cautioned the public against using oxygen tanks to treat coronavirus patients quarantined at home, and asked the public to seek a doctor’s advice on their proper use. She also appealed to the public and oxygen tank suppliers to be more considerate as the rush to buy oxygen tanks may affect hospital supplies.
