Choices, choices, so many choices.
You say I have the world at my feet.
Perhaps I do. Perhaps i just dont see
The endless possibility.

Forgive me, but all I see
Are endless hoards of the dissatisfied.
Yet you return home, from he daily trudge
And tell me how life is beautiful.

Feed me lies, your fantasies again
Of a world just waiting to be discovered.
Tell me, all bathed in grey,
Of the colour of this world.

And tell me, were you once this young?
Were you fed the same sweet lies?
Did you realy think, in naivety,
There was something more to this life?

Why do you lie? Out of duty or love?
Because you dont know what else to say?
Tell me, in all honesty,
Did you ever feel this way?

And tell me, when did it fade?
How long before the reality sank in?
That we begin and end and always will remain
In perfectly symetrical boxes.
