Roundhill Investments' Memory ETF crossed $1B in assets under management just 10 trading days after its April 2 launch, marking the fastest ETF asset growth of 2026. The fund targets global memory semiconductor companies focused on DRAM and high-bandwidth memory used in AI workloads. It has averaged $213M in daily trading volume and 11,000+ options contracts per day since launch.
