AG: We did not hijack Equanimity

Attorney General Tommy Thomas says common sense will indicate Malaysia did not `hijack’ Equanimity because the country secured the right under the MLA. He also said the Admiralty law was used rather than the Anti-Money Laundering Act because the former will provide good title when the sale goes through.
