AG to KPB: Support The Bail Act
Description
One of the men fingered as suspect in the Andrea Bharath kidnapping, is a man who is said to have no less than 70 charges before the court. Five of them was rape.
At each instance he was hauled before a judge, he was granted bail.
Attorney General Faris Al Rawi, speaking from a general stand point says, when the Bail Act collapsed, government was left with an alternative which could not stand up to its predecessor.
