After floods, Malabon residents catch fish, eels

MANILA - It seems the worst of monsoon rains are over but the flooding still remains in parts of Malabon and Valenzuela. A group of friends busied themselves catching fish in Barangay Panghulo in Malabon Thursday night. They said they have grown tired of eating noodles and canned goods for the past few days.
