Motion paths don’t have to be created inside of AE, they can be copied and pasted into AE from other places such as Illustrator. However, when you do that they perform in a set manner. In this tutorial, Andrew shows you how to create different types of paths inside AE and Illustrator and then how to change the default behaviour.
