After delay, Aryan Khan’s bail hearing begins

Bail hearing of Aryan Khan began at a sessions court in Mumbai on Thursday after a delay of about two hours as ASG Anil Singh, representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), was engaged in another hearing at the Bombay High Court.

Meanwhile, the NCB lawyer continued to stress on the agency’s “conspiracy” allegation against Aryan Khan and said, "Conspiracy takes place secretly. There cannot be direct evidence. Only conspirators know what they have done and so only through circumstantial evidence, it can be seen as to how there is a conspiracy..."
