'Africa has dependency syndrome'

African countries and their dependency syndrome must be treated. International relations expert, Charles Sinkala says this is the biggest concern for Africa in its fight against COVID-19. Sinkala was reacting to the call by President Cyril Ramaphosa at the G7 summit, for richer countries to help poorer nations in fighting the pandemic.
