Oh! mother...you are the only one..
so precious and rare,
You never turned of light,
when i was so scared,
Never you denied to help me when,
i was in distress and pain.
You lightened up my day with your merry smile
And supported me in every walks of life..
You were more than a mother, much, much more..
Your zealous words inspire and console me
Whenever you sang them,
And nothing can beat the solace,
Given to me by your warm hug
But to be grateful is what, I never used to be,
I shed silent tears
When you were far away from me...
i never realised your pain,
Until I was out on my own
To see the world for my self
So mum this is for you, and I am so proud,
You are the best mother, there is in this world,
when the stars were shining...in the dark sky
i thought about you...who raised me to heaven
And dear mom...I love you with all of my heart
