Afghans question efficiency of foreign aid

Millions of Afghans live in acute poverty despite foreign aid coming into the country.

Education has been one of the priorities for the international community, but as with many aid programmes, there is a disconnect between what the donors offer and what Afghans need.

With half of the schools lacking actual buildings, many of the country's children have to study outside.
