Afghans question efficiency of foreign aid

Education has been one of the priorities for the international community, but as with many aid programmes, there is a disconnect between what the donors offer and what Afghans need.
With half of the schools lacking actual buildings, many of the country's children have to study outside.
Al Jazeera's Jennifer Glasse reports from Kabul, where an Afghan version of the American Sesame Street show is set up to help children learn.
