Afghans demand inquiry into US special forces
49 Views • Feb 27, 2013
Description
Tuesday's demonstration comes days after Hamid Karzai, Afghan president, called on US special forces to leave the eastern province within two weeks.
The US special forces, and Afghans working with them, have been accused of torture, theft and even murder in the province directly west of Kabul.
Residents in three villages of the province told Al Jazeera their family members were killed or tortured during US raids.
Al Jazeera's Sue Turton reports from Kabul.
