Afghan refugees calling for permanent protection

Afghan refugees and asylum seekers in Australia who've held temporary protection visas for up to a decade are calling on the Federal Government to grant them permanent protection. More than six months after the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan they say the situation in the country is only worsening and they fear for their lives if they're sent back.
