Afghan conference beset by boycotts

Afghan President Hamid Karzai has promised key reforms, but also asked for more funds over the next decade.
One of the region's main players, Pakistan, is missing from the conference, boycotting proceedings after 24 of its soldiers were killed in a NATO strike on a border post.
