The Bahrain population is expected to double to 2.6 billion by 2030, which is an increase of 110% compared to 2010 according to Euromonitor. With already 50 000 families on the waiting list to get a house - the investment into Bahrain real estate seems to be a very safe bet.

Affordable housing is going to play a key role and will become the major driver of the economy. Furhermore the government is about to spend a hefty sum on the real estate development aimed at developing the affordable housing.
