Attorney at law and former temporary senator Farai Hove Masaisai is weighing in on Government's proposed rollout of new border security legislation to support the Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS), which Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar says will allow authorities to identify potential security threats from the moment they land at the Airport.
