We met
in a dream~
two strangers
sitting on a couch
waiting together
while I fixed
an old camera
to pass the time.
The tiny screws
almost fell through
the cracks of my fingers
until you rescued them,
cupping your hands
under mine.
So I watched you
put together the
minuscule workings,
so patiently
and, it was
in that moment
that I loved you,
and in that moment
you turned to me
and said,
''you are beautiful''
and I thought,
''the beauty he sees,
is a reflection of
what I'm seeing in him,
in this moment''.
