Ebbing shadow of Eventide
Friends, loved and lost
Severance exposed within my soul
At Eventide are missed the most
Eventides chill lay upon my heart
Imprisoned tears and thoughts
Wrestle for the peace of mind
In stillness memories visit
This too will pass, they say
Time will heal, they say
At eventide I miss you
most of all, at eventide.
