ADHD and Iron Deficiency

Does ADHD and Iron Deficiency have any relation? Could this be causing ADHD? What causes Iron deficiency? This video discusses both and what tends to cause both. They both share few similar symptoms and a simple blood test can show iron deficiency. Whil I don't see one causing the other, they both are a direct cause of a poor diet.
