Adele not married; Stones to hit the road
Description
Rumors were running rampant that Adele secretly married her boyfriend, Simon Konecki - but those rumors are not true, according to the singer. "Life and Style" and the "Daily Mail" were reporting that Adele, who is pregnant with Konecki's child, tied the knot. However, the singer took to Twitter and posted a message, "I'm not married...Zzzzzzz."
The Rolling Stones are set to play a series of four concerts this coming November in New York and London, according to Billboard.
Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood, who this year are celebrating the band's 50th anniversary, will play two dates at London's O2 arena and two at Brooklyn's new Barclays Center, which has yet to be completed.
Country singer LeAnn Rimes has entered treatment for anxiety and stress, but is not seeking help for an eating disorder or substance abuse, her spokesman said on Thursday (August 30).
Rimes, whose affair with "CSI: Miami" actor Eddie Cibrian while both were married to others caused a scandal three years ago, checked into an unidentified treatment center on Wednesday - the day after her 30th birthday.
Rimes will exit her program to perform some scheduled concerts in September, her spokesperson said.
Guitarist Eddie Van Halen has undergone emergency surgery to treat a digestive disorder, forcing his hard rock group Van Halen to postpone its upcoming tour of Japan, the band said on its website.
The guitarist had an emergency procedure and is expected to make a full recovery within four to six months, the band said.
