Actor Geoffrey Rush Denies ‘Inappropriate Behavior’

Oscar-winning actor Geoffrey Rush is denying accusations of unspecified “inappropriate behavior.”
The alleged incidents took place during a 2015 production of “King Lear” by the Sydney Theatre Company in Australia.
Rush's denial comes after Australia’s Daily Telegraph published a statement from the Sydney Theatre Company.
The theater company said it had “received a complaint alleging that Mr Geoffrey Rush had engaged in inappropriate behavior.”
Rush revealed that he spoke to the theater company but they refused to detail the allegations against him.
Rush’s spokesperson insisted that the actor has always behaved professionally.
