Accused no. 1 granted bail

There has been much confusion at the Verulam Magistrate's Court with the return of the Andile Bobo Mbuthu case. It has emerged that main accused for his murder was released on R10,000 bail at the High Court in Durban last Thursday. Bobo was beaten up and killed in May for allegedly stealing alcohol from a tavern. His body was later found dumped in the Wewe River in Tongaat.
