'Acche Din' promise under test?

The nation was hopeful of an improved standard of living when the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) Government led by Narendra Modi took oath of office in May 2014. Today, a year on, the quality of life under the Modi Government is better than what it was under the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) but has been inconsistent. From hitting a peak in December 2015 to a 10 % drop in May, the Modi Government has not been able to maintain consistency on its 'Acche Din' promise.
