Ability360 is Making an Impact

Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center offers hundreds of programs for people with disabilities and their families in their 45,000 square foot facility here in Phoenix. They have a great aquatics program with three pools, a lap pool, therapy pool and a hot tub; all are fully accessible. Their aquatics programs includes swim lessons, private swim lessons, Ai Chi, tAQUAta, Aqua BioExercise, H2O Circuit Training, Gentle Aquacise, US Master’s Swim Program and much more.
