Soldiers win
Soldiers die
Some see triumph
Some helplessly go by

It crumples fate
It crushes life
It’s called war
And you have to fight

No love can cure
No faith can surge
Some countries merge
Some countries die

No god stands by
As motionless champions lie

It spares no one
No father no son
Women with tears
Children left with fears

All you see is blood
And wounds covered in mud
Rosaries held tight
And soldiers determined to fight

Its terror everywhere
In the sea, above the air
Yet the brave will dare
Killing all their scare

Nobody is the winner
And you just can’t lose
You can’t find any peace
And there’s no question of truce

Nothing in this game will matter
No god no color
Your life’s on a platter
And the fork’s with your foe
Its upto you
To fight or to let go

It’s not an easy life
You’ve got to live noble and wise
Before a decision your heart must think twice
You have to think of all your people
And their children and wives

All you an do is hope and pray
That those who let you sleep
May live another day
And their families may not weep
But find faith and hope
And our heroes may come home
With body and soul.
