Abdul Hakeem Parannur - Death

People say, Death is invisible
But he's there everywhere
Men are simple creatures feeble
To comply with commands that bare.

See how he conceals his power
On our way to the market place
He wears the mask of a driver
Who lost his control one his chase.

All vehicles carry his self
He sends men to the nether world
He metamorphoses himself
Into noxious creatures of the world.

He favors tumult and violence
Gun and knife are his playthings
To end the life of men he pleases
And to dance like super beings.

Men and death are enemies old
But death alone wins the last
If men are mortals in this world
Why do these men strive for fame?

He can't bear the sight of peace
Where men love and live together
So he throws the violent bees
To smite the hearts of a brother

Cruel death has wild fiery eyes
To threaten the pure friend of life
And throws his soul to endless skies
By grabbing him from hands of life

Death makes relatives apart
He separates couples and friends
But he consoles the bruised heart
With his gentle touch on glands.

Death, the herald of new life
Men reach perfection with his death
If death dies does the man die?
Can man make an end to his life?
