Date 18 January have been finalized by MQM and PPP bought a bill of Sindh Local Government Act 2013 and hence have been approved .
MQM and PMNL and many other parties disagree with this rule and hence wants majestic rule.
Union Council made includes funds so PPP who made different councils but other parties dosn't approve over it and hence have there differences.
