Aarushi murder case: Talwars delaying tactics

Delaying tactic by the Talwars in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case. Talwars have asked for a stay on the recording of the statement of the accused under Section 313 of the CRPC till proceedings are over in Supreme Court. They have moved an SLP (special leave petition) in SC saying that CBI hasn't called 14 other witnesses including UP ADG Arun Kumar, who was the earlier the Joint Director of CBI. Kumar had given a clean chit to the Talwars and had blamed the servants instead.
