Aarushi Murder Case : No relief for Talwars

NewsX: In the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case... Another setback for talwars. Supreme Court has dismissed the dentist couple's plea that 14 witnesses in the case be examined prior to their statements being recorded. Earlier the trail court, that is the special CBI court in Ghaziabad... too had rejected Talwars' plea.

Supreme Court has agreed to hear it, but given no stay order to the trial court. The apex court will today decide about calling 14 witnesses to record their statements in the trial court.

Earlier on Friday, both the matters in the 2 courts were put off till today. The dentist couple Nupur and Rajesh Talwar are accused of killing their teenaged daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj. CBI argues that it is the parents who killed their daughter as there was no third person who entered their home on the fateful night.
