Aaron Nesmith Practice Interview 2/22

Celtics Rookie Aaron Nesmith spoke with media at practice today, and when asked about how he's adapted to the NBA to make an impact, Nesmith said coming in with the right mindset to bring energy and make winning plays to help the team. Nesmith has been gradually improving, which he credits to consistency and knowing that ups and downs happen as a rookie and to just keep working through it on the little things. The young wing also says capitalizing on opportunities like set plays drawn up for him and trying to build a rhythm helps.
