For more than two years serious allegations have been levelled against a senior member of the National Scout Association that triggered an internal investigation and testimonies from the victims.

But despite the findings and recommendations in an internal report to discipline the senior member - his actions have gone unchecked, leaving the National Scout Commissioner Mark Ainsley John with many questions to answer.
