Albert Einstein || German theoretical physicist and developer of the theory of relativity

Albert Einstein (/ˈaɪnstaɪn/ eyen-styne; German: [ˈalbɛɐ̯t ˈʔaɪnʃtaɪn] (listen); 14 March 1879 – 18 April 1955) was
a German-born theoretical physicist, widely recognized as one of the greatest physicists of all time. Einstein is best known for developing the theory of relativity, but he also made important contributions to the development of the theory of quantum mechanics. Relativity and quantum mechanics are two pillars of modern physics. His works are also known for their influence on the philosophy of science. Einstein's best known equation is the formula E  = mc2, which has been dubbed "the world's most famous equation". Einstein received the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1921 "for his services to theoretical physics, and in particular for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect", which became an important step in the development of quantum theory.
