A.J. Love - Death
2 Views • Nov 10, 2014
Description
in a bitter quietness that consumed the most zealful expressions.
Our hearts hang heavy with tar as black as night.
It feels as if something toxic and polluted has overpowered us
as it rushes through our veins.
Unable to free one’s soul from its ever baring flesh;
being emotionally paralyzed in one’s last living state.
Suffocating on that last breathe, that final wish, that ending action;
even on that definitive word spoken from one’s mouth.
Pondering the thoughts of what was, no longer what will be or what is.
Time ceasing to exist while wanting to propel forward.
Nevertheless being eternally rooted in the past.
Hearing the ticking of the clock as life dwells on,
leaving you confine in memory.
