Things I found while cleaning my room:

Ten syringes
Two with the tips missing
One that still worked (don't ask me how I know)

Four pairs of women's panties
Various sizes
A collection to prove
I am indeed a whore

A dozen moldy cups
Five contained dead flies
Two contained dead spiders
And strange as it was
One contained a walnut

A million failed poems.

Ten rejection letters

A letter from my editor
That ended with the phrase
"Don't give up! "

Photos from a past love
(That one hurt)

Pieces of broken glass
From the night I punched the window
(Alcohol influenced)

And last but not least
The feeling that I am no longer
Slumbering in filth!
