A Casual Stroll Down California Freeway

Info from Licensor: "At 8:40 am on June 20, 2019, an unidentified man was walking down the number one lane of the 110 N highway in Los Angeles, CA during morning rush hour. This was captured with my dash camera. As I passed by the man, I saw that he had headphones in and was walking without a care in the world. Traffic was slow, so, fortunately, cars were able to see him ahead of time and avoid him. I do not know what happened to the man after I drove by him."
