A brief look into renewable energy
14,880 Views • Feb 13, 2019
Description
Renewable energy sources are inexhaustible and can be quickly reproduced to meet ever growing energy demands. This bases for producing fuel is also responsible for reducing greenhouse gas emission and air pollution. Electricity from renewable sources is frequently produced through the harnessing of wind and solar energy, who's apparatus is clearly distinguishable.
But anyone who's sailed a boat using nothing but the power of wind, has profited from an inexhaustible renewable energy source... Meaning this is nothing new. What is new, is our capacity to develop and produce renewable energy on a scale to meet human demand.
While we're still far from a complete switchover to renewables from fossil fuels. Many countries are implementing coherent transitions to renewable sources, and global use of renewables, as a percentage of total energy output, is rapidly outpacing that of fossil fuels.
