A bridge too far for Hollywood star

Chuck Norris the U.S. action film star has missed out on a starring role. His name was the overwhelming favourite in an online poll to be given to a pedestrian bridge which links Slovakia and Austria.

Instead the authorities have called it the, "Freedom Cycling Bridge " in memory of those killed attempting to flee communist eastern Europe during the Cold War.
