The 1993 Mumbai serial blasts left the nation in shock and horror. In a matter of hours more than 250 people lost their lives. It took years before the trial concluded. But today (April 18) for those convicted it's time to surrender. While the masterminds who are hiding on foreign shores still elude the law.
