Hi loves! Coming at you today with an 8 minute HIIT follow along workout! It’s no secret that HIIT is super effective when it comes to burning calories and dropping a lil weight, so here are a few of my favorite exercises I love to do to really up that heart rate and sweat it out!
This is a great workout for weight loss, beginners, or anyone looking for a quick and effective circuit to add to their routine! The best part? These are great workouts to lose weight you can do at home!

- Ice Skaters
- Butt Kicks
- Squat into Standing Twist Crunch
- Reverse Lunge into Toe Tap Kicks, Right
- Reverse Lunge into Toe Tap Kicks, Left
