£600m boost for NHS in draft Welsh budget

The Welsh government have announced their budget for the upcoming year, but face an uphill task to get it voted through in the Senedd without an outright majority. They’ve promised increases across a number of areas, particularly in the NHS to tackle the waiting list crisis.
