中廣前董事長趙少康去年7月26日在大罷免案投票時涉嫌亮票，台北地檢署調查後認定他故意2度亮票給媒體拍攝，依違反公職人員選舉罷免法起訴，法官今日判處拘役55日得易科罰金，緩刑2年，但緩刑條件是向公庫支付5萬元，可上訴。對此，趙少康回應，選擇坐牢55天也不是沒有考慮，會跟律師商量一下。
