Description

Life is not always kind and generous. Sometimes, we, the less fortunate, are victims of a world that has divided people into "us" vs "them" and quite often we are the "them". For the most part, as victims, we have no control of the physical, political and economical world. We are victims.
What we can do, however, is try out best to maintain our positive attitude. We believe that the pain we feel today will subside tomorrow and that gives us hope.
What we can do, however, is to be kind to fellow victims knowing that we share space in the same boat. We can and often do refuse to victimize others that are as less fortunate as ourselves. We chose to be our brothers' keepers.
What we can do, however, is to maintain our integrity and our honesty. These qualities are a part of our signature. Others know us by our deeds and we refuse to compromise our ethics.
We do much of our self-appraisals by retreating back into ourselves. We gain strength through our meditation (regardless of our religion). We see ourselves as we KNOW we are and not what the world say that we should be.
I offer these 5 minutes of video as a gentle reminder that we can meditate any time we wish. Watch this video and take yourself away from where you are physically and place your mind and spirit to the place where you wish to me.
Thank you for watching. I am you and you are me.
