Carrots are known for their eye-healthy components. Recent research shows carrots are great for the brain. They are high in antioxidants and have a lot of beta-carotene. Carrot juice is known to improve memory and decrease inflammation in brain cells. Carrot juice is not bitter and can be consumed every day after eating.
Number 5. Cocoa.
According to a Harvard study, two cups of cocoa daily can improve memory. The flavanols found in cocoa can help maintain blood pressure and relax blood vessel walls. Cocoa is an antioxidant that helps reduce the risk of brain cell injury from free radicals. Cocoa should not be overloaded with sugar and should be consumed hot before starting your day.
