5,200 Troops Deployed To Mexico Border

According to Reuters, the U.S. military will carry out President Donald Trump's request to "secure the border" of Mexico.
They will deploy over 5,200 troops, including armed soldiers, to Mexico's border.
A senior U.S. general shared the news with press on Monday, just about a week before midterm election day.
General Terrence O’Shaughnessy, head of the U.S. military’s Northern Command, spoke at a news conference in Washington D.C.
