【綜合報導】檢調偵辦鴻海高幹集體收回扣案，查出為鴻海打拼三十年的老臣、ＳＭＴ技術委員會副主委廖萬城，涉長期利用簽核集團年約五百億元設備採購大權，指示ＳＭＴ三名委員，向供應商索回扣共近億元，且疑經白手套台商郝緒光協助，以人頭藏匿四千萬元贓款，廖辯是「私房錢」，但法官不採信，認定廖、郝有串證及逃亡之虞，昨裁定收押禁見。
