3D c++ rpg game attempt #14 - items

now you can pick up mushrooms and gold
there is a new items menu in which you can see what you have picked up to use it or discard/sell it
for every killed monster you and everyone around the dead monster will get xp and gold
i also added ability to see hidden items[that will probably be tied to some magic item, by default you won't be able to see them or will only see them upclose]
