31 students caught for malpractice during Uttarakhand state Board Exams

Mass Cheating: After two separate incidents of mass cheating created a furore in Bihar, more shocking cases continue to emerge in the country. In a similar incident in Uttarkashi, students were seen using textbooks during the exam to copy. What is even more shocking that the incident happened in the presence of a teacher who refused to intervene despite being present inside the classroom. When quizzed a brazen Centre in-charge too claimed that there was no malpractice taking place inside the school and the authorities were keeping a close tab on the students.
