財政部昨晚公布財政部版證券及期貨交易所得稅方案，個人部分，將在修正《所得稅法》後，採「分離計算、合併申報」制，未來只要各類股票、初次上市櫃新股、期貨之交易年所得超過300萬元，將課20%稅率。新制將從明年上路，後年5月申報所得稅時適用，財政部預估，預計將衝擊1%股民，約9萬人。
