2G case: Court to frames charges
Description
It's a D-Day for former telecom Minister A Raja, DMK MP Kanimozhi and 17 other accused in the 2G scam. A special court will frame charges in the case against the accused. The Enforcement Directorate had chargesheeted A Raja and 18 others in the 2G Scam for their alleged involvement in the Rs 200-crore money transaction which was not bonafide and genuine. It was a bribe for grant of telecom licences to DB Group companies.
